Total cleansed
There is nothing like having a home, family, relationship trouble free. And when the enemy strikes it is just for that reason to cause turbulence in the home; meaning all the fights, persecutions and hardship come from him. He is known as the accuser of the believer, the tempter and the father of lies (Jh8:44). When invoked Satan comes with the full force of destruction and he does not leave until he has fully destroyed everything in his path; especially the things concerning the kingdom of God. He is also known as the weaker of nations (Is14:12). His destructive force does not easily leave when rejected or rebuked. Sometimes it takes a bit more effort to cast out Satan and his destructive actions from one’s life, home or family. Jesus’ disciples encountered one of these tough to take out Satan’s manifestos when they encountered the demon possessed boy (Mt17:15-16) and they could not take him out. Sometimes we have those experiences and are able to cast out demonic oppressions like the disciples did (Lk10:17). There are still times when after we have taken out and cleansed our homes that there continues to be a thread of oppression lingering.
Esther 8:4-6
4 Then the king held out the golden sceptre toward Esther. So Esther arose, and stood before the king,5 And said, If it please the king, and if I have favour in his sight, and the thing seem right before the king, and I be pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to reverse the letters devised by Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews which are in all the king’s provinces: 6 For how can I endure to see the evil that shall come unto my people? or how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?
And Eshter found herself continuing to cleanse when the enemy had begun to do. Haman the enemy of the Jews concocted a plan to destroy all the Jews everywhere. He began by convincing the king to write a letter to any non-Jew person to kill any Jew he should encounter, and the letter was sent out with great vehemence. King Ahasuerus was under the Persian and Med laws which forbad a law to be revoked once signed and sealed by the king. Queen Esther who was adopted by Mordecai (the Jew) after her parents died when she was young was commissioned to deliver her people from this great danger (Est4:14). And she did just that, once she found out Haman’s plan she went head on against the enemy and won victoriously.
But the work was not entirely done, Esther had defeated the enemy, but his device still remained at large. There continued to be a small remanence of the destructive plan lingering against God’s people, that Esther needed to abolish. King Solomon told the Sodomite that she needed to look out for the small foxes because they will destroy the vine (So2:15). And so it is after the enemy has attacked and have caused havoc in one’s life, he will leave a remanence behind. It is not until we seek out those small trace of destruction and take them out that we will be totally free.
John 8:44
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Isaiah 14:12
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. 16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
Luke 10:17
17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
Esther 4:14
14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Songs 2:15
15 Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.
